Course Development

Each Harmonia course goes through several stages from beginning to end.


In this stage, teachers create a new course and congfigure the course settings, which include the course title, year, academic term, school, payment scheme, and the start/end date of the course.


Once the teacher clicks the Activate button, the information entered in the Course Settings page is validated. If no issues are found, the course moves to the Active stage.


During this stage, the teacher and students interact with the course. While the course is active, teachers can access four groups of functions provided by Harmonia.


After its end date, the course moves to this stage. Teachers can still access student records and assignment files. Students no longer have access to the course content.
